What To Expect

Wine takes center stage in our beverage program. Our custom wine rack greets you when you walk in the door with a cuvée system for our red bottles to ensure each characteristic is presented as intended by the winemaker. Like our food, we select our wines for the sustainability and family owned traits, and we purposefully pair them with each course for a magnificent dining experience that is certain to be remembered. Our full beverage offering will impress with a tempting selection of the best wines available, craft beers and top-shelf spirits. We also offer pour-over coffee, espresso and teas from Waterstreet Coffee Roasters in Kalamazoo.

All of our beers are produced in small batches, and our 25 Barrel Peter Austin Brewery and methods originated in England, which allows this style of beer to reflect over 250 years of world class brewing heritage.
